- Our refund policy lasts 20 days from the date of purchase. If this period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility for Refunds
- We provide refunds only in the following cases:
- The IPTV service does not work at all and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- You have not used a significant portion of the subscription more than 24H for a trial
- There are persistent technical issues that our support team is unable to fix.
- Non-Refundable Cases
- We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- Your device is not compatible with our IPTV service.
- Your internet speed is insufficient to stream content smoothly.
- You used the service for a significant time before requesting a refund.
- IPTV service is temporarily down due to maintenance or third-party provider issues.
- You shared your account, leading to a ban or suspension.
- Exchange Policy
- If your IPTV service is not functioning properly, we can replace your subscription with another working version or extend your service instead of a refund.
- Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service unless it meets the refund criteria above.

- To request a refund, contact our support team at support@ultrastreampro.net with your order details and the reason for your request. Refund approvals are at our discretion.
